Maa desi employer naa 7th year H1 cheyanantunnadu and asking me to go on with EAD and use AP for travel. Emi cheyali? My wife already converted from H1 to EAD and she is a deravative and I am primary on my GC application. My PD EB2 OCT 06. Inka ennalu paduthundo thelidu and from this year want to travel desam atleast once every year and dont want to go throgh the process of applying AP every year and going through secondary inspection at airport.
What do you guys suggest
