At first glance report simply rocks !! Seems only needs execution of the project and marketing the product. This report is talking about more of production cost but its a good start. Build a couple of break even report on this bassis with a market sample of assumed sales figures. If possible try to establish near any bigger city such as bangalore, try to get loan from any industrial bank so that the risk covered. Identify key people( could be political/ govt executives /lawyers) for support. How accurate this report is find out on feasibility study looks promising start and all the best | ||

The first principle of starting a business is to identify a need( market demand) or an innovation which chages dynamics of existing product/service. The discussion here talks about doing a business and is missing the real need for market. In India most of the economy stimulation or demand is created from govt. programs or already in family business oriented. I am not sure how much encouragement for small business will be provided in terms of loans or raw material. Before start producing paper cups you should know how much it costs for producing a paper cup and at what price you can sell in the market and is there any compettion. Ultimately a business plan with expected cost and break even .Duplication of business idea is very high in India. If you have any of these figures/plan we can discuss if you wish. But approaching a business venture as 50 Lakh investment may not be right approach in my view. If your business got real demand or your idea can create demand for sure you will succeed. | ||

I have already contacted them for a different issue. They are asking for our requirements. But I want to decide based on their genric report, like for example, something like "if you have 1cr you can setup a 1000cup/day capacity plant in a 1 acre land" kind of report. but they are asking for our reqquirements which I do not have any.
