Why they have to do business with every damn thing..if allowed these MNC they will do business with human parts also ..Agriculture in india will be the biggest target of these monsters..65% of india is still dependent on agriculture..Even NREGS is also the game plan by these monsters(to move people away from agriculture and then corppratize it) | ||

u can never predict this scenario...once it comes into the market and relaince fresh or somebody sells people will buy and eat....it might end up spoiling the food chain in lower organisms....there have never been studies which showed a direct link between GM crops and environment but this issue is a contentuos one ....the main issue here is GM crops will not solve all problems and there is this financial burden to farmers also | ||

Genetic engineering is a very good technology if used properly ....it can alleviate a number of problems we are facing...but MNCs are the real villians in this entire chapter...their greed to force farmers to buy seeds again and again and linking this to Bt technology is a curse on us....we have a rich gene pool to select and grow our plants...looks like they have an eye on this aspect and get some patents...our intellectual property right srae a sham and our corrupt beauracracy can lick MNc's asses for a few bucks and we can kiss goodbye to our genetic diversity | ||
