The more he is targeted, the stronger he will become.. the problem is some delhi based leaders within the party are insecure because of him..i think he should become leader of opposition after advani..I don't think he is reluctant to come to delhi.. he knows he has huge responsibility and he is working on it.. he will come at his own time | ||

Bhayya .. Modi should not come out of Guj before 2012. Once he is out of Guj, he will be targetted by the present govt on the Guj Riots. Roju, edo oka case antoo, mud slinging start chestaru .. Only problem is .. somehow I feel Modi is not that eager to be the PM anipistundi looking at the way he works. I do not know if it is his humble nature or if he is lacking the big ambitions. In 2012, when sees that the next BJP govt in Guj is formed, he needs to take it to the people of other states .. there are many other states going to polls, he needs to work on those, without having an organizational responsibility .. he should be like a free leader whose ambition is get BJP to power at the centre and for that we need to have strong state govts. aa process ki oka 1+ year kavali .. and from 2012, he will have almost 18 months of time till 2014 general elections .. aa period lo almost 8 state elections unnayi .. he needs to get his ambitions right .. he did enough for Guj .. now, India needs him .. he has to see that he makes it to the next level .. Good thing is, Modi is a good friend of people like Arun Jaitley, Manohar Parrikar, Arun Shourie etc .. he will get the right people to work for him .. but I sincerely hope, Advani, Rajnath made way for the next generation. according to some unofficial sources when rss approached modi for presidentship he asked for complete freedom in decision making, which rss is unwilling to concede at this time. It will suit him better if he becomes leader of opposition after advani by the end of 2010 | ||

problem is not with his candidature .. not at all .. the next president needs to clean the mess, he needs the energy, courage and strength to slap some idiots. He needs to get back the middle class. He could not do all these in Maharastra. Some people are not natural leaders, not their mistake. But it would be our mistake to give such people huge responsibilities knowing that they are not cut for that role ..
