BMI is correct for
1) obese people
2) athletic people
3) malnourished people

if you are not in above three, dont think about weight, think in terms of fat loss, lean muscle build, strength...

rice nundi u get carbs which u need to run ...else u will be running on empty tank...eat rice/potatoes for lunch or before, they take time to break down and will give energy for a longer time...rice has fibre which u need along with protein to build lean muscle...

bottom line ...rice with pachadi, perugu, koora, pappu all at one go...ittantivi aaapaysee...pandagalaki set seyyali
