What talking? HP & Compaq still churn lappies with AMD processors. I still have a 2005 make Compaq presario lappy. I bought it on a deal for $350.... its a AMD Turion 64 bit processor... still running good. Only problem I have with it is... loose DC Power Jack pin.... power cord ni oka setting lo set settene it will work other wise off ayipotunnadi. I've order this piece (DC Power jack) on internet 2 days back... soodali adi set ayite I can still use it for couple more years. I had some issues with graphic cards with AMD processors. After some research on internet (various forums) changed my mind to go with intel for now. i7 edo kottadi annaru... at the same time quad core ani kooda intunna... not sure if these are for different families (desktop or/and notebooks) Processor edo okati decide ayite.. inka lappy configuration sodocchu ani.
