dude .. 1 last time !!! Jaswant Singh vishayam lo .. if you think .. only the writing of the book led to his exit .. then you are mistaken .. Jaswant aa book raastunnadu ani 5 years ga telusu .. complete ayyindi ani kooda 2 years kritame telusu .. if they wanted .. they would have acted then itself .. if the reason for his exit was limited to the book .. and if you ask me the reason for jaswant expulsion .. it also has to do with politicking .. and ideology .. we do not subscribe to the ideology of painting Patel as a weakling to appease some guy .. to us .. nenu ippudu 5 miles cheyyagalugutunna.. kaani ippudu koddiga lower back pain vastundi. how to avoid it? and also how to increase the speed. I am currently at 9.30 min per mile pace lo vunna. i want to get it down to 8-8.30 min per mile. Ane one more thing, do you follow any diet? I haven't changed my diet yet.
