Yes.. you don't need top of the line hardware. Old PC unte, you can install it yourself. You must connect it to router via Ethernet (it does not work over wireless). But, if you buy from vendors like HP/Acer, they supply with add-ons and client software to control from anywhere. It saves to times to get a pre-built. | ||

Assuming nee mac lo wireless-G (802.11g) connection unte, it can support speeds upto 54Mbps which way more than your ISP speed. So, wireless is not bottleneck for internet speed. If you have wireless-N (802.11n) card then speed can reach a maximum of 300Mbps. Just for internet you don't need this type (wireless-N). But, if you want to stream video from PC connected to router to wireless client then you can see big improvement with wireless-N. | ||
