Retired Police officer - This guy has a social responsibilty and wants to play a big role in this company and make some policies to eradicate pollution caused by this factory... Not necessarily ... the story or the end should not be driven by their current occupations. The only place where that should play into picture is the paradigm from which they approach the problem... As long as the focus stays on the solution of the problem and not the personal background it should be okay whoever wins in the end  If the director focusses too muchon the background then the empathy/sympathy factors will drive acceptability as you said aa chal ke tujhe main leke chalu ik aise gagan ke tale jahan gam bhi na ho, aansoo bhi na ho,bas pyaar hi pyaar pale | ||

@Mrhyderabad Telugu films lo comedy track laaga love track ettav kadha ...j/k... whilst the love angle compelling him to apply for this job is concinving, I would not agree to this( nenu writer/director ayithay) as the first impression the reader/viewer is either sympathy cause of emotional angle or apathy coz of it. that guy's char gets either brownie points or minus points without even getting to show his real char traits( which we are going to project and evaluate)...if he is the lead role, it may work, but when u adjudicating against 4 others , I would give it a pass...JMO | ||

MBA grad from TOP schoool will obviously be over qualified. So we should show a compelling reason for him to try for that position. Let's say, there works a child hood / high-school friend whom he has last seen 15 years ago (Lets send him to USA or London ) . But both of them still has some feelings for each other as they are still in touch through emails etc. But when he brings up the "million dollar question" she asks for some time and rejects his proposal as she thinks he may not suit him. She is from a lower middle class family and working in a small role at that firm. Where as he is super rich and comes from Harvard He tried to convince her, but she won't listen. So he comes to india and applies for the position in her company (by rejecting 200K offers in usa). He explains all of this to interviewer honestly and asks for his help. Even from the his performance wise company shouldn't have any problem he says. His plan is to join as a regular guy and slowly tries to WIN her love Whether he gets the job or not will be decided after listening to all other character's If god doesn't like the way I live, let him tell me, not you | ||

interview ante drama vundadhu... and mass cannot identify themselves.... so, let us change the structure such that they complete in a reality show.... we can come up with a conflict/task for each of the character and can unfold the flashes of the relavance of the conflict in their life (Slum Dog Millionair format annamaata).... And finally, oka bigger conflict among them and the one who behaves a better way wins or something like that... we can make this rubber identity over the winner in the way "Identity" movie) shows the winner in a group of people gathered at a hotel on a stromy night... | ||

Characters intro avuthundhi first 20 mins...Intro should depict there personality...next meeting at the interview spot...short listes these 5 people..usually okka puzzle isthe painaa 5 people valla vunna talent tho solve chestharu..interesting gaa scene choopetali ikkada... next thing is face2face with interviewer, asalu job endhuku avasaramani (short lo ayipovali..), next task is they are given a real problem they are facing in the office..evaru solve chestharu..evaru select avutharu anedhi story.. concept ok ante disco chedhaam.. |
