weekdays diet:

morning brkfast:-Oats+ walnuts+skim milk

around 10 snacks: konni baby carrots+ (konni apple pieces or 1 plum or 1 pear etc)

12 lunch: (oka veggie sandiwich+small soup+odwalla protein shake) or (3-4 rotis+veg curry+ konni chicken pieces)

4snack: few cashews or almonds

evening workout(weughts+cardio)

7ki protein shake(banana+whey protein+skim milk)

8:30ki dinner: lite ga rice+curry or 2rotis+curry..

weekends diet no clue...it depends..:D

oneday chinese or indian, friday changes

Dinner: mon-thu travelling, so outside, mon-champs for mon nite football, tuesday chinese usually wed-cheescakefactory, thursday veggies

Nani, assalu gym alavatu leni vallaki 4 days a week 1 hour ante jaragadu kani try to start with 20 mins a day 3 or 4 days and slowly increase.

Take stairs wherever u can. If you can walk rather than drive do that. Easier said than done in Toronto I guess. May be you can go to the mall and walk around for 45 min? ilantivi try cheyyi - lifestyle changes anna mata

annai, meeru koncham india timings lo tintunaaru...dinner lunch lo and lunch dinner lo...

weight loss by only diet control is bad ..you will feel weak, energy less.
konni tips chepthaanu which I have read/currently follow...

complex carbs- rice, bread , pasta etc anaywee shud constitute your breakfast or lunch...they take more time to break and give u energy through out the day...

meeru dinner lo 4 roties, curry and curd rice antay it is chala ekkuva carbs before u sleep in next 2 hrs...


breakfast and lunch qty and quality increase cheyyandi...chips etc cut out...add oats , eggs to your breakfast...

if curd rice is a must for you, then have only curd rice and curry for dinner...
meeru snack kee oka fruit wadandi ...have snacks twice a day...i eat dinner at 7, snack at 9...

and salads...it is very easy to get misguided by this item...dressings, nuts, etc add a lot...last week oka kathi salad tinna but I can bet I cud eat two servings of fish than the salad

and try to restrict yourself to dessert once a week...u will enjoy it

lunch - oka box rice

dinner - full rice r sometimes chapatis with good curry

weekends - no lunch. peekal daaka poori/upma pesarat or something and then dinner

right now trying fasting for a month. enni rojulu manage cheyyagalano telidu. one time food only in the night. kakapote day time lo evanna kasinni fruits and one or two cups coffee.

Morning 5.30 AM: one apple or one glass of fresh orrange juice(Not bottled juice. I hate bottled juice)
Appati nunchi 12.00 AM varaku: 3-4 teas(Tulasi tea,Raja's cup,Green tea) without milk and sugar.

12.00 to 12.30 Brown rice annam.



3.00 PM Nuts with dates(mostly walnuts)

7.00 PM brown rice annam.

Food supplement: Maharshi ayurved "Amrit' with annam.

Breakfast 2)banana, 4 egg whites omlette with bread and ketchup

Snack - handful of pecans or walnuts

Lunch - rice with one veg curry/pappu and non veg curry

Snack - oka pear, granola bar

Dinner - 3-4 whole wheat bread slices with one veg curry and non veg curry

Weekend Dine outs - no chicken, strictly steak, fish ...usually grilled...with small portions of mashed potatoes or pasta...
