Before I went to India I was able to transfer money from my US bank account to my ICICI account without any issues. NOw they added a new thing that requires me to enter a India address and India phone number. Does anyone know why they do this? They keep saying it's for verifying and when I say what are you going to verify, the dumb customer service person doesn't have a clue. The only thing that ever worked with icici properly was money2india and now they messed up that too. I am so tempted to just close my account. Anyone has better experience with any other NRI banking service? |
