boring pumps, and roads are not supposed to be taken care of by the MLA, but by the corporation. But very few understand this in AP. They will surely question what change JP brought to KP. To fix this LSP has been asking for proper decentralization of power. Something an MLA can and should work for. JP started on the anti-corruption bill, an activity that should be taken up by an MLA. Oh...yes those are insignificant works, but ppl needed those, and hence they putforth requests. I repeat many of those should be normally done by the HYD Corp. It is a pity that many even among the educated Indians do not understand what an MLA has to do and what a corporator has to do.
