I have been telling this right from the recession started. The biggest issue with the recession is liquidity. People and businesses are struggling with liquidity and banks are making it more difficult. http://www.businessweek.com/investor/content/oct2009/pi20091 011_403951.htm Banks have to relax their rigid rules to help businesses and also the Real Estate. Otherwise this recession will continue forever. |
