@Mrhyderabad naaku nachani musugu "agenda ridden conservatism"...I am conservative by heart and liberal by mind... @Reentry HIMSA kaadhu ani unnai ani entha mandi vedas chadivi correct gaa interpret chesina wallu chepthaaru annai...meeru cheppina priest nee takkuva cheyyatam kaadhu kaani but at least a few must agree... so ala interest unna DBers yevaraina explain chesay wallu untay ...wait sethaa...btw, budhidi angle makes sense...but I just see it as some select few interpreting the vedas according to their own and one guy revolting in his own way...it has happened in oter religions like Christianity too... |

Brother, jUST AN fyi I had a chance to speak with our local temple priest who happens to be Professor also in the university.. on Ashwa medha yaaga.... Well according to him , after returning the horse is killed... and the heart is cut into four parts and the north east past is given to the king and queen performing yaga.... Killing the horse was not considered as HIMSA .... |
