should'nt be a problem if you ask in a polite manner. you can ask your consultant for pay hike. But don't threaten him, try to convince him by explaining the efforts you are putting in your job & relationship with manager and tell him you will try to place people when the requirement opens. some times you will get a hike if the employer convinces with the reason. if he can't he will explain his version. that's how it works most of the time. | ||

if your consultancy is already giving you 80% then that would be the dead end i guess. If you are getting less than 80% then you can directly negotiate with your consultancy. If god doesn't like the way I live, let him tell me, not you | ||

i am currently working as a consultant for a company .... My consultancy is paying me XXX amount of money for the past 2 years ... My manager is paying me YYY amount of money to that company .. From the past two years there is no increase in either XXX or YYY ... (maa consultancy naaku pay chesidhi increase cheyaledhu .. maa manager gaadu consultancy ki pay chesidhi increase cheyaledhu) today i talked to my manager asking him whether he can do something about this ... he told me a few points : - Nenu niku pay chesidhi increase cheyalenu ... because of budget restrictions - Nenu mi consultancy vaaditho matlaathaanu .. kaani okka sarri two things alochinchu ... at the end of the day nenu adigaaka niku emi increase avakapovachu .. but this will effect ur relation with the consultancy... second thing is keep urself in that consultancy's position .. nobdy would like to decrease the amount to give more to their consultants anaadu .. so think of these points and let me know ..... i will also think about it ani anaadu ... Should i go forward and ask him to talk to my consultancy or shall i drop the idea ? |
