Not convincing. Once court declares suspension on your license it is automatically routed to DMV. And you will get a notification letter within 1-2 days from DMV notifying you that your license is suspended and you cannot drive. For the past 6 years, I was never stopped by any cop and my driving record is clean. While returning yday from Greensboro, NC I was trying to set my cruise control to 75, in a 65 mph zone. Surprisingly, it was not getting set. Naaku teliyakunda my speed touched 85 when i got pulled over. Another thing was my 2 year old kid's car seat lo shoulder strap was not tied (normal gaa we take care of this). However the strap around his hips was tied and duly noted by the officer. I got a ticket for reckless driving and driving 20 mph over. i am to present myself at a court in December 17th. What are the likely results out of this? should i hire a lawyer? |
