The First Amendment to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights. The amendment prohibits the Congress from making laws "respecting an establishment of religion", prohibiting the free exercise of religion, infringing on the freedom of speech and infringing on the freedom of the press. Just Anti-Bush remarks ki intha scene untada ani. My opinion on this issue is.... this person may not be a citizen yet and doesn't entitle the first amendment emo ani anukuntunna. http://nwitimes.com/news/local/article_2ae10462-7b15-5c96-a6 16-7ecd39491024.html Cimasko did not write the Internet postings, and eventually he learned another doctoral student in his Purdue University apartment complex in West Lafayette had hijacked his identity and used it to post them, according to testimony Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Hammond. The other student, Vikram Buddhi, is on trial this week on 11 counts of threatening the lives of national leaders and their families and urging the destruction of American infrastructure. In court Tuesday, Cimasko said he would not know Buddhi if the two of them were in the same room, as in fact they were at that moment. Assistant U.S. Attorney Philip Benson says Buddhi used Cimasko's online identity to make the threats because it's clearly illegal to post such messages in public. ------------------------------------- Stay away from trouble, is the rule |

"37-year-old Vikram Budhi is alleged to have posted anti-Bush remarks on the internet for which he was arrested, a charge that the scholar and his supporters deny." Asalu US lo one of the basic right is FREEDOM of SPEECH mari attantidi ee arrest emito ardham kaatam ledhu.. is it just because he is not a US citizen and not entitled to exercise this basic right?
