babailu 2nd extension will be given after the expiry of the 2nd H1 term rite? each H1 term lasts for 3 yrs..so 2nd extension ante 6 yrs aipothai kada? 6 yrs ante does that mean 6 yrs of physical stay in USA or does that mean 6 yrs from the time the first petetion was filed?? | ||

How many times we can apply for H1 extensions [2 or more] 2. if it is only 2 times , then if we are in USA only 4.5 years[approx..] in complete H1 period..then we have to go back to india [if no GC is applied]... 3.
