No, average construction cost with good specs will be around 1300 and add site cost, actually builders will make their money by selling you the column area which is balconies, steps, corridor etc for the same price above that they will sell car parking

as of now just godalu ..with ordinary flooring and bekar talupulu kitikilu wesina 2000 per sft avutadhi.... how can somebody give u for less than 2500 sft in hyd iam not able to understand... manchi standard talupulu with good windows and flooring and wiring with good facilities like common hall for parties ...apaprtemnets lo now top floor lo parties kosam pedha hall westunaru which cna be used by all in the apt, and central gas, kindha apartment chuttu walking ....
