1. dont eat red meat (goat, lamb, beef, pork) 2. omega 3 (fish oil) 3. use less oil (recommended Olive oil or light oils for cooking. Dont use peanut oil at all). 4. Eat more vegetables. 5. Eat brown rice (dont eat white rice). 6. Dont eat anything that have starch (dosa, idly, ....) 7. if you are a smoker then stop smoking 8. reduce alcohol 9. If you want to eat eggs then eat only whites. 10. Stop drinking sodas (coke, pepsi, ....) 11. Drink more water 12. Dont eat oily foods (chicken wings, french fries, ....) 13. Stop eating Ghee/Neyyi 14. Exercise (oke saari ekkuva cheyyakudadhu). 15. Eat whole wheat bread/wraps/tortillas I'll add more.. At least you are lucky that u have an option to take Lipitor. Once you take it then you'll have it for life long. Anyhow good luck. |

ravino....how are your shin spits... cholestrol maintenance kee weekly oka 3-4 times workout cheyyandi...since u r having problem with shins...try cycling(indoor) or swimming... also dont forget to do weights/resistance workout to build strength in legs daily 1-2 full eggs or 3-4 egg whites///eggs shud be 50% of the that meal not a side item fish oil tabs try cheyyandi...use less oil in cooking...sodium takkuva unna food tinandi Why so Serious? |
