i have been having acidit problem for past couple of years. it was torture. lunch,dinner time ki stomach lo sounds dub,dub.... torture... decided to change my diet. breakfast - old fashioned oatmeal in soaked in hot water lunch and dinner - avoid curried chicken,chintapandu,aerated drinks, NO MASALAS - idi totally avoid.. i use only cumin,green chillies very little,mustard seeds that's itt it worked wonders for me |
