honestly, I am not an expert in this matter...
on the surface these figures look okay..except you might want to up ur HDL (good chol) level- egg whites tinandi and do some physical workout at least brisk walking 4 times a week...

i have been having acidit problem for past couple of years. it was torture.

lunch,dinner time ki stomach lo sounds dub,dub.... torture...

decided to change my diet.

breakfast - old fashioned oatmeal in soaked in hot water
lunch and dinner - avoid curried chicken,chintapandu,aerated drinks,
NO MASALAS - idi totally avoid.. i use only cumin,green chillies very little,mustard seeds that's itt

breakfast skipping is biggest mistake. night antha 12 to 14 hrs emi tinam.. kadupulo acids anni high levels lo untai.. dantlo konchem coffee este adi inka ekkuva avuthai.. vatini dilute cheyakunte it burns inner layer of your stomach.

poddunne levagane you have to eat something other than coffee and fruits. kaali kaduputho fruits kuda tinoddu..
