ee schemes valla jarige nastam will not effect anyone directly , so evvaru care cheyyaru. but jarige labham is huge for some people who make these leaders GOD's. manam saradhaga pani ayyako , pani egotto veetimeedha discussion ettukodam thappa em vundadhu.
MONEY TRANSFER SCHEME MIGHT HAVE BEEN A HUGE SUCCESS IF IMPLEMENTED( in terms of popularity and bringing good name to the leaders and do a lot of direct and instant good for poor)

I am mentioning something that was the basis of the scheme in the latin american countries mentioned. Something that was mentioned in the first line of the world bank report.
And still where is the study that it is going to work in AP, if it worked in those countries. |

CBN only talked about logistics of the scheme, on how the money will be distributed. Not on what conditions the money should be provided.
Narayanamurthy's email to CBN solely discussed the same aspect. The logistics of money distribution.
