yes ok.grill meat ee kadu, broil roast chesukuni tinna no prblem. every meal thi oka 5-6 cashew nuts thinte no problem. or instead of cashews do one thing.
fish oil dorukudhi kada, konuko capsules or liquid form.every meal tho 5 gm of fish oil thinu. very very very good

Ok Gym anedhi a time ayina cheyyocha, like afternoon. or morning 11 aa time lo. Aa time lo edhaina gyms open chestharemo kanukkunta HYD lo

Generall gaa nee body lo metabolism chala takkuva. Em thinna chala varaku fat laga store avutundi. So metabolism peragali first. Metabolism peragli ante every 3 hrs ki oka meal thinali.

Restrict carbs completelyyyyy if u can. 2 weeks nenu cheppinattu cheyyi

Every meal meat thinu (only grilled,broiled,roasted). No cooking. Ante manam intlo masala esi manchiga oil esi cook chestham kada meat , ala cheyyaku. No oil. Grill konukko. Or just roast cheyyi meat ni. Meat thinnaka 1 cup lo veggies thinu. Green veggies edaina raw tinu. Oka ½ fruit tinu.

Every meal

Meat+(6-7)cashew nuts+veggies+fruit

Ila oka 2 weeks thinu nee potta koncham taggutundi. Not fat loss. Water loss avuhdi first. So atleast ne potta koncham tagutundi. Malli carbs add chesthe water retention vachesthadi.
