yes ok.grill meat ee kadu, broil roast chesukuni tinna no prblem. every meal thi oka 5-6 cashew nuts thinte no problem. or instead of cashews do one thing. fish oil dorukudhi kada, konuko capsules or liquid form.every meal tho 5 gm of fish oil thinu. very very very good |
