Another good feature that I liked in Olympus:

In-Camera Panorama mode captures three images and stitches them together to create one amazing panoramic picture

Main difference is ISO. Nikon lo high ISO undi... but for aim and shoot and day to day pictures you don't need that high ISO.

Optical Zoom, Image Stabilization, Battery are pretty much same. Nikon ki 12MP undi.... Olympus ki 10.1 but that doesn't make much difference.

I will go with Olympus. It has all the features that you typically need for day to day and occasional scenic pictures. Go for it.
