Ya its illegal but there are some with every one does it and no one cares and he was caught..because the Jets also hate Bill and Mangini was a Rat he tried to screw his own Guru that's all
In NFL you look for the small edge and what Bill did is not commendable and i do not support it..but it was blown way out of proportional because of all the success Bill had..In fact that lit the fire for the 2007 season and rest is history with 16-0 with a disappointing ending

Npa:he will get it done....may be in 4-5 weeks or in 2-3 weeks.....definitely not in 5 days....if he knew that mayo would get hurt in week 1, i doubt he would have gone ahead with that trade......
He would still have gone for the trade..They play different positions and they are loaded at DL...Its BEND but dont break bro..they may give some points but they will always make a PLAY or two to win it...watch it
I dont know if you ever saw patriots game min by min..do it one time and you will see the different packages they use with the average players they have..You will love it

Npa:why?.....why did he accept the job when he so detested it.....
Bill was Asst head coach under Parcels and won 2 superbowls with him with Giants...He follwed Parcels to NE and JETS later. Its was always an understanding that once Parcels retires he would take over as Head Coach...But when Parcels retired he took over as Jets VP and made Bill HC...Parcels did not want to leave the player selection to Bill so they had some problem and Bill walked out with in few hours of becoming the coach...At the same time NE owner Kraft always wanted Bill to be the coach and he got the Opportunity to hire bill by giving some 1 st round picks to Jets.
Bill is still pissed off on Jets owners from what they promised back then and that still continues and he always tries to show what they missed by not sticking to their promise..Jets made the Playoffs 2 times in last 10 yrs were as Patriots did not make playoff only twice from 2000

Bmw007:Forget about Al Davis..If Bill is not confident about his D why will he trade Seymore..after loosing Harrison, Vebal,Brischi...He know what he is doing and he know how to get it done...especially against the JETS

inka seymour trade ayithe al davis gadi gurinchi kothaga seppedemundi....he is an idiot to give pats a 1st round pick for a player who is free agent nest yr and will not play with the raiders.....if i get a 1st round pick beacuse of bums like al davis, heck yaa...i would make that trade any day.....

Nope their rivalry started in 1999 whe he was the coach of JETS for few hours after Parcels retired and he wrote on a piece of crunched paper that RESIGNED as HC of JETS and walked out..Its started from there ///////
