OMG ... Sick people at the helm, sleeping over enemy threat .. Last 3-4 years .. ULFA has been very successfully damaging India's interest in the North East. Their activity has grown and crossed the limits. I think, Indians should vote for compulsory military training looking at the future risks involved when not doing so. North east lo there is abundance of untapped natural resources and the catch is Chinese have laid their eyes on the resources. It is actually very easy for the Chinese to capture India till Assam as they have a very good geographical advantage in terms of Himalayan heights and a very good infrastructure buildup on the Chinese side of the land. According to reports in other Indian and Chinese outlets, shots were fired and soldiers were apparently wounded. The Indian government, however, is playing down any incident of hostilities. Another "incident" is not being talked about by the Indian government. Hearsay and speculation suggests another confrontation, but neither side is willing to talk about it.
