guruji, how many months did u workout before joining boot camp? I believe bootcamp is not for beginners. Your fitness levels should be up to join boot camp anukuntunna

i want to sahre my exp evarini hurt seyalani kadhu...

yes when i was young till 22 too much ga adewadini every day min 5-6 hours edho oka game adewadini....just 25-32 matuku exercises ekkuva cheyaledhu but allways used to keep active ...i never took lift at my last client for 10 years 3-4 times day lo metlu ekki digewadini 2nd floor lo office....

vigarous ga cheyaledhu slow ga nestart sesa ...boot camp lo matuku koncham vigarous sesa which was in july...

ippudu 30 plus lo with little bit overweight lo u attempted heavy cardio antunaaru...did u do any strength/weight training for legs...also u have to do lots of stretching( min 10 mins) if running is a big part of your cardio




Yeah this is correct!! Stretching before and after jog is very mcuh important

and before you do any thing warm up is very important too!!

were u a natural or at least athelete when you were young...sports antay cricket ayina roju kee oka 10 overs bowling vesay waara when u were young...
mana indians lo shin splits probability ekkuva coz we do not have that much strenght in legs...

inkosari evadikanna exercise adviceicharante adanga tidatha...

one year back mee inspiration/adive tho start sesa...cut sette ninna telindhi i got SHin pain (shin splints)...exercises sese 100-150 lookalaki wastadanta aa duradrustavantudini nene.... happy ga konchamtakkuva tini simple ga walk ledha yoga sesukunte ee patiki happy ga undewadini ,,, meee tasaram lo bodu..

guruji speed variation ettandi...dipperent cardio's seyandi irageyandi annaru nenu iragesa finally edhi warasa...

teera finalresult etante...was 180..first 6 months lost 8 pounds and gained little muscle... then started gaining wt came back to 180..last 1 month nundi stoped and inko month daka rehab exercises seyyalanta .....oka chart icharu...

now with no exercises gained muscles are getting loose ..,,,:-((

happy ga natural ga mana pani manam sesookuntoo koncham food watch chesi gardening lanti panulu sesukunte better ...ee year gardening wadili anavasaranga roads meeda gymlo lagetha...finally shin pain...
