who knows.. anybody expected before 2004 conf will come to power....so if Jagan prooves as a good leader in the party...so obvious ga chance anedhi untundhi...jagan age ki antha tondhara padlsina avasaramu ledhu...still he has long time to go..... think another scenario.. 89-94 lo YSR ki kooda chance vachhindhi..but because of senoirs he didn't get it..suppose appudu ganaka vachhi unte easy ga fail ayyiundevaadu...so malli asalu next chance vachhi undedhi kaadhu....then he prooved a leader and rest was history.. so bacis ga kastapadi theo eppudu kaakapohte eppudina chance vasthundhi....appanamga vachhedaniki value undadhu..enni rojulu untundho teleedhu | ||

Sonia angry with Jagan overaction at YSR funeral Congress president Sonia Gandhi is learnt to have taken serious note of Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy’s overaction on the day of his father Y S Rajasekhara Reddy’s funeral last week. Jagan was seen with folded hands, acknowledging the mourners, when the body of his father YSR Rajasekhara Reddy was being taken from his residence to Gandhi Bhavan and from there to Lal Bahadur stadium. Even at the burial ground at Idupulapaya, Jagan was found acknowledging the mourners in his typical YSR’s style – raising his folded hands. The Congress leaders conveyed to Sonia Gandhi that Jagan’s gestures appeared as if he was canvassing in an election campaign, though he had a sad face. That evoked a lot of sympathy among the people and it looked like Jagan was canvassing for the CM’s post right from the mortuary van. They told Sonia that when Rajiv Gandhi died in the most tragic circumstances, his son Rahul Gandhi maintained a lot of composure and remained completely low profile. Even when Indira Gandhi was killed, Rajiv Gandhi did not project himself too much by roaming around with folded hands. AP ministers hopeful of Jagan becoming AP CM Continuing to pitch for Y S Jaganmohan Reddy as the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, two state ministers today expressed hope that the Congress high command would accept their request. THE HINDU The Congress on Friday appeared to indicate that it has no plans to install a new Chief Minister in Andhra Pradesh, a move that may come as a dampener on the campaign for enabling Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy inherit his late father Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy's post. "There is a Chief Minister in Andhra Pradesh. A Cabinet has taken oath. If there is a change in the situation we will inform you," the party spokesman, Manish Tiwari, said in his daily press briefing at the AICC. He was replying to a volley of questions on the campaign by the Jaganmohan camp for anointing him as the next Chief Minister in the wake of his father Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy's tragic death in a helicopter crash last week. Asked if the campaign by Mr. Jagan's camp amounted to indiscipline, Mr. Tiwari said the party was passing through stressful times following the death of YSR and it was natural emotions would run among his supporters. The party does not consider it as indiscipline, he added. "There is nothing as caretaker Chief Minister in the Constitution," he said in reply to a question on incumbent K Rosaiah, who was installed in the wake of YSR's death. |
