What is the visa expiry date. If it is valid after six months, they can come and leave before the visa expires or the I-94 date which ever is shortest. | ||

My Parents got their visiting visa in May, 2009. They dont have any plans of visiting US as of now. Do they need to visit US with in 6 months of their visa approval? Wondering if there's something like that. |
