i was on a h1 -- 21 months now i am on a L1 -- 34 months total 55 months will 6 year limit apply for my case also ??? my company visa dept says it wont apply as there are two different visas ... so will i have 26 months left ?? 95% of the folks think alike. Remaining 5% become legends. | ||
