if i remember correctly when same question was asked sometime back i said no need to mention client A. just get a letter from IBM (as he is willing to give) and submit. Company A will NOT give u or ur company any letter. they may or may not give it to IBM. But IBM may (or must give) any letter. that should be suffice. ippudu enni cheppina ela cheppina since its u who is going thru all this pain and once i was in such situations, i totally understand the pain. You should be ok, just ask the employer to furnish the details, other tricky part is You are working for some client A, through IBM; so you need to get the contract agreement betweeen IBM and client ; If possible try to get some documentation that IBM is a vendor | ||

you can stay legally until your case is adjudicated i think u can also work beyond sep 27 if a decision isnt made by then ( pls check on this with your attorney though) the best posibble way is to expedite it to premium first part lo 210 on payroll undi mee employer ki i guess he is asking for why more number were filed and less number are working he can always show the cancelled h1s and the ones u never came here or never joined u have a very good chance of getting this approved as long as u have your current project and po and client contact details | ||
