annai if SBI can take loan transfer from HSBC, paper work I can follow up. Issue here is I heard SBI will not take loan transfer from certain banks ani, Isnt that true? I have 2 home loans, one from Sundaram finance and other one from HSBC JP/YSR/Rahul/Chiru | ||

Brother I could not find the mail, I will check my work mail Mon morning, If I remember correctly following are the documents you need. EC for 3 years /Previous loan account statement/Salary slip/Salary account statement /2 years IT return/HUDA plan/occupancy certificate . after submitting all the above doc there will be Lawyers verification and evaluator will inspect the property SBI may ask you for surity from a third person from the time they release the funds to the time they get the document transferred from HSBC said that, With the formation of the RACPC (Retail Account Central Processing Cell), am sure that things move much faster now, It also depends on the amount you are looking for. You are correct brother but there is a way to avoid it. You retain 13 Installments and prepay rest of all. Then you pay 13 installments in their normal course and the loan get closed normally with no penalty. Jai NTR, Jai Jai TDP | ||

I don't think so brother... they do have it. Nenu recent ga okati apply chesaa... and I know. So I went for LIC Home Finance and they are very good. But mana Idle kurrodu cheppe rates are for < 20 Lakhs ki... I took more than that and their rate is 9.5 for 20 Lakhs and above. Naa wife oka Indian MNC lo chesthaadi... and through her we got another .5% discount. You must be the change you wish to see in the world | ||

i took LIC loan in 2007 and it gave the lowest interest rate that time.. Its good.. u can pay back everything without any pre payment penalty. I took the loan and cleared in 2+ yrs without prepayment penalty... | ||
