They have a recovery fee of 11.9% + 12.9% of Universal Service Fund Fee... ivi include chesina their cost is not crossing 2.4 cents... very good offer on a prepaid card. I used to use their service way back in 1999.... mana Desi company... mana vaallani ni encourage chesinattu kooda untadi ani.... at the same time their price was way better than AT&T in those days.
