Bro..just called ESPN they told me if you do not pre rank your players and if you do not pick within the 90 sec allocated in 1st round it will pick from the best available player from ESPN rankings and that your draft will automatically set to auto pick. If you join in later rounds you can take control again... same thing if you want you can pick for 4-5 rounds and leave it and it will auto pick from the next rounds and will pick the best available player.
