not an year ago , but around 3-4 months back and was working to complete the 1c mark. Going to India in Oct for my kids 1st B.day and want to start construction at that time. so mothaniki antha liquidate chesesanu and tranferred all the money to India

So not able to decide to whether go with the construction or invest the money I have. Idont need house as already have a house from family in Hyd

1. 1450 SFT is too small for a 3 BHK.
2. price for SFT is around 2000 which is almost equal to DLF
3. construction quality is pretty average

5. More than all this no fanciness for both venture and location
6. My bet will be on DLF with out any second thinking

DLF vaadu nation's biggest real estate company. Vaadi first venture in Hyd had to be shifted to this new area because of some Govt mistakes and may be some DLF issues.
