if u have filed before feb 2010 and its not approved by feb 2011, u will get 1 year extensions..if its approved before 2011 and u havent filed 140 u will still get 1 year..however if 140 is approved before feb 2011 u will get 3 years.. inka title antava...ur lawyer shud take care.. | ||

yes if u file gc with a new employer its fine..current employer to aite 4 years pettagalav..sudi bagunte eb2 lo vellipovacchu..eb2 to eb3 anta easy kaadu porting..i am not a expert on that..but i heard thats not easy to switch and more over u have to start again,though u can use ur priority date | ||

5 yrs experience should be, before you join current job or before your current title in the same company. You can not claim the yrs of experience in the same company, for the same title. | ||

thammud, thumb rule for eb2 or eb3 is not your qualification. its your job requirement. if the position you are working just requires Bachelors, and you are a masters with 10 yrs of exp - still you are not eligible for eb2. you need to file under eb3 only. so its all depends on your position requirements, but not your qualifications. | ||

1) I have a bachelors degree (4 year) 2) I have 5 years of total experience (2.5 yrs exp in India, 2.5 yrs exp in US) I know that, with a bachelor's degree, we need to have 5 yrs total experience..but i dont know if the 5 yrs SHOULD be in the US or if it just doesnt matter... pls advice... |
