The calls and mails are spam. IGNORE them. I was getting 2 or 3 calls a week. I think in Missouri someone sued that company and now I don't get any calls. I have extended warranty and I used on my previous car and the one I have now doesn't have enought miles yet to use extended warranty but when expensive repairs show up extended warranty is very useful. I think on the previous car I used it after 60k miles and I sold it at 75k files. I used it 2 or 3 times and each time my part of the pay was $50. I paid %600 for that extended warranty purchase and I bought it at the time of buying the car. The one I have now is $1100 I think. Don't remember. Typically depends on the type of car and what all is covered by the extended warranty. | ||

I get those kind of calls at least once per week  . If you are a heavy user of the car, you can take it but generally Honda cars ki avasaram undadu unless you think your car already got a problem particularly with your transmission and engine. reading and understanding the fine print is the most difficult part. vedhavulu...samanya manushuliki ardham ayettatu rayaru my car is 5years old and hasn't got lot of mile on it,except for cosmetic damages,everything seems be in good condition. BTW, extended warranty usually enta padutundi ? | ||

extended warranty is always good to have boss...i purchased a used SUV last year and took a 2 yr warranty ...2 months back the transmission and ECM got busted and it cost 5000 but i paid 600 dollars only as deductible deductible was 200 but i had to go to two diff repair persons so had to pay more but when u buy the warranty read the terms carefully because they exclude a lot of things which are subject to wear and tear and there are a variety of packages so just read the terms before u buy and regarding the mails u r getting they r junk... ignore them | ||

Warranty is totally diff from auto insurance.... Auto insurance accidents ayinapude cover chestundi.... For ex: 90K miles ki timing belt change cheyalsi vastadi....adi auto insurance cover cheyadu...U have to spend from ur own pocket... Elantivi chala vuntayi..Brake pads..radiator...everything... you need to carefully read and understand what the extended coverage means and what does that cover and what not? also extended coverage enni miles (like 50k, 100k) varaku istharu chudali..i felt its not worth of paying for extended.. | ||

recently i got a mail from some company which i never heard before that my 5yr old car's warranty is going to expire at the end of this month and that i can call them to purchase extended warranty i have had 3 accidents so far and i dont remember anyone asking about the warranty when i got my car fixed,geico took care of everything after having payed the deductible What are the benefits of having an extended warranty ?
