out of warranty aithe chaala kastam mama repair unless u purchased with amex card which provides one year extra warranty by default. my friends got full replacement and amex paid for it. due to recession they changed the procedure in which they first ask us to repair the laptop and submit claim so they will process and pay it back. Earlier it is used to be, Amex taken care of all that. Still it is good. local bestbuy shop repair the laptops in some cases. u might want to check with them. or else sell it in ebay for parts with specific issue to offset the cost of new laptop. new laptop costs more than 1200 with bluray. refurb is excess stock items they sell it this way so new laptop pricing strategy is not compromised.
maam. this is purely entertainment and home use for watching videos, editing videos. mobility factor is less.. display size is choice and taste dependent maama. Some folks like huge LCD screen. esp in India many people addicted to large screens.. same with Apple Macs.. most people prefer 15.4 or 17inch.
