this whole immigration system is •••••• up.... My new contract was signed on 15 jul for 6months until dec 09. sep 27 visa expires therefore start the h1b extension process at the end of july, likely to file next week. by the time uscis goes through the file, it would be already end of october which means i would have another 2 months of contract left... incase if they give for 2months visa extension... i have to restart the process once again..  | ||

thanks everyone I could have just mentioned IBM as the client but the problem is the PO is issued by the vendor abc company therefore i had to mention on the client letter that i work with IBM at pfizer and the vendor is abc | ||

then say IBM is the end client as your company is getting paid by IBM. It does not matter where IBM places you physically. See Pfizer gives any such letters. If not say IBM is the client as IBM manager is giving the letter. or talk to some other lawyer. paarTee vunchaala? muyyaala? chastunna, trying to explain to hr as to who the end-client is Here's the hierarchy xyz tech (my company) - vendor abc - IBM - pfizer IBM provides IT services to pfizer and i report to IBM manager.The office is in pfizer building Ikkada who would be the end-client for me ? pfizer or IBM |
