Prince_786:

Don't worry. Go for US region player. Region-free bluray players are not yet available. India lo bluray ravadaniki inka 5 years paduthundi. Appudu reagion-free player konukkovachchu.

BTW, the regions for Bluray discs are different from regions for DVDs. For eg: US and Japan are in different DVD regions but same bluray region.

I am planning to purchase panasonic BD_60 player, and I learnt that it plays only Region 1 (North America) DVDs/Blu-rays. Is this something I should be concerned about? So, if I purchase DVDs/Blu-ray discs in INdia in future, I will not be able to play them?

Is there a region-neutral blu-ray player at reasonable cost?

Does anyone has experience with the above?
