One of my cousin's is expecting a baby soon...so her parents are visiting US next month ( they already have visa)...now the problem is she has an unmarried handicapped sister in india...she is planning to bring her on visit visa along with her parents...as they are very scared to leave her at relative's place 1. how easy it is to get a B1 visa for her? what kind of supporting documents are required? I guess it's pretty difficult to get a visting visa for unmarried girls.. 2. when she attends B1 visa can her father accompany her as a translator ( she cannot speak properly)..another issue here is since her father already have a visa...does it give an impression that the whole family trying to travel to US and might not return to india? 3. Are there any agents in hyderabad who can do the paper work, accompany her to the visa officer suggestions unte cheppandi plz.... |
