Jalsa, 1925 version dorakatam almost impossible. But if you ever rent the original DVD set of new benhur there is a seperate dvd dedicated to the old version. Some of the camera angles and shots of the chariot race in the new movie were lifted straight from the old one. | ||

Actually there is an earlier version of Ben-hur made in 1920s. The chariot race in that movie simply spell bounding. The 1959 version's chariot race was inspired from that original movie. If you buy the original DVDs of Benhur you will get to see the chariot race of the original and you will be amazed at the amount of hard work they put in. That was a silent movie with subtitles, and was one of the expensive movies made during those times. | ||
