Basically no political party has the guts to go against the media. Problem is with the ppl too..many ppl say they don't like stuff shown in the channels but are still glued to those channels (not in the case of dead bodies of course)

Only NGOs or social organizations have to do so.
Make sure that you maintain a count on how many times you oppose PRP and TDP and Cong. Moodu countlu same avvali....TDP count taggithe nuvvu KAMMA...Cong count taggite nuvvu REDDY

My niece is just 7 years old. and like any other child, she flicks through TV channels for her cartoon network channels. Okko sari they might see these scenes and on some kids, these will make a long lasting impression.

I am more concerned about children than me.

ikkada TV content lo flashing images unte ne warnings pedataru... " Might not be suitable for someone" ani. Kaani mana vaalu mari chandalamga ematram standard lekunda choopinchestunnaru. Its getting worse day by day. Ninnati ki ninna evado pelli vaddani train kinda padi suicide. Daaniki screnn lo oka half dead body, rendo half lo valla family to interviews. What is the purpose of this? and repeated ga ee news every half hour taravata. chinna pillalu ilanti suicide dead bodies avanni chooste enta disturb avutaru.

I am sure there must be a way to atleast do something to highlight the issue. Like filing a case in court against such things so that it will get people start talking

Telugu news channels showing dead bodies in crime reports.
==========================================================

Shock #1:

Last year India vellinappudu, around 7pm ki I was eating food while watching TV9 news. Sudden ga rail kinda padi chanipoyina 6 years papa ani news vacchindi. Ventane live lo TV9 prathinidhi with mic and continues shots of that child's deadbody as it is on the railway track. Okka saariga vomit ayinanta pani ayyindi naaku. Ventane plate pakkana pettesanu as I couldnt eat anymore.

Immediate ga naaku vacchina thought entante, almost 30 years ayina naake inta bad ga effect ayyindanta, what about small children watching TV. As this is just 7pm, there is every chance that some young children might be watching the TV when their family members are watching news channels.

Shock #2#3#4#5 ...and counting:

Last month na parents UK vaccharu. vaalaki bore kotta kunda vundalani, konni telugu tv channels subscribe chesanu. TV9 was one of the channels. As i live just about 5 minutes from my work place, everyday lunch ki intiki velli parents to lunch chestunnanu. Alla lunch chestu, AP lo emavutonda ani TV9 pettadam modaletta. Everyday, i mean literally every day, within the first 10-15 of switching on TV9 channel, oka crime news with exceptionally high chance of seeing a dead body on TV along with the bloody live reporter.

chee chee.. annam tintunte ee daridram emiti anukuntoo inko news channel (TVU players lo they telecast sakshi,tv5,tv1,hmtv, not sure if any other are there). chenge chayyatam, malli 10-15 nimishaalalo akkada kooda crime news, again dead bodies ni as it is ga choopinchatam, ex: dead bodies of people committing suicide, dead bodies of people dead in accidents, dead bodies of people murdered. Ee murdered dead bodies ayithe okko sari vennu mukka lo chali kaliginchela vuntayi.

Everytime i see these things, i worry about the younger generation who grow up watching these. This would have a terrible psychological effect on young children. For example, seeing a news in india that an army jawan died in military attack doesnt make anyone bat an eye lid with an exception of few. We haev grown watching these news everyday and now we really dont pay any attention and it has become a part of our life. But the idea of children watching these dead bodies commonly on TV now without any censorship, sends a shiver to my mind that they will become totally insensible towards these.

Question

Is there anything we can do to stop news channels from showing dead bodies in news channels or crime shows?

This is definetely not allowed in UK. If it can be done in UK why can't it be done in India?

Do you even acknowledge that is a big issue or me being paranoid?

As an individual, can you file some kind of legal action to stop this?

Your opinions please.
