when to use ice and when to use heat is always a confusion for me. When I went through physical therapy one day they would use ice and one day they would use heat. That did not help with confusion at all. if u experience pain, u can start using a knee cap.. the walking program u r doing is good...if ur body is okay with it...try a different thing after a few weeks... google for walk-jog program...u walk for X mins, jog for y mins...slowly decreasing X and increasing Y...this is best if u r not a regular runner or running after a long gap... I suggest doing weight exercises at least once a week, combine running with step climbing/elliptical, cycling etc Why so Serious? |
