when to use ice and when to use heat is always a confusion for me. When I went through physical therapy one day they would use ice and one day they would use heat. That did not help with confusion at all.

Right after working out I use ice for 20 minutes and it has been helping my knee quite a bit.

Try icing your knee area for 20 minutes, 2 times a day. Try a knee wrap and see if it helps. All else fails go see a doctor. Is the pain on the back side or front side? Below the knee, above the knee or just in the center?

Hope you ice your legs after exercise or before you go to bed.

if u experience pain, u can start using a knee cap..
the walking program u r doing is good...if ur body is okay with it...try a different thing after a few weeks...

google for walk-jog program...u walk for X mins, jog for y mins...slowly decreasing X and increasing Y...this is best if u r not a regular runner or running after a long gap...

I suggest doing weight exercises at least once a week, combine running with step climbing/elliptical, cycling etc

Walmart lo pharmacy pakkane unna section lo untadi.. Try DrSholl's.. I would advice u to wear in your dress shoes.. even in your sports shoe.. and wear the knee band..

Basic gaa mokaalu joint deggara maanchi muscle undaali.. some folks just have the bone, without proper chunk of meat/muscle and this will have serious effect as we age..
