Brother Chenagalu Last Wednesday USCIS person came to my friend's office and took copies of all the paper work. He questioned on both the H1Bs and as my friend cancelled one H1B as precaution his situation was a bit relaxed. Coming to 2nd H1B, he showed proof that he paid salary for the month of Jan, than showed leave letter from the employee for the months of FEB and MARCH! USCIS guy asked which client he is working for and my friend told he works in deeloping a product for his company!! He asked what product and took copies of all the writeup (My friend downloaded some stuff from web and showed the same)!! Also there were some other questions from the guy!! Bottomline is as my friend has only 2 H1B's he had lil better time! | ||
