//One quick question for u guys ... any inputz gr8ly appreciated ...

I still did not complete my MS and have been working since past 3 yrz (now on H1). As I applied in general quota for H1 and would like to get it stamped (in India most probs) ... would there be any problem or wud the officer ask why I did not complete MS ...wud this effect his decision of granting me visa (provided all other docs including incomplete MS transcripts r there) :-(//

naadhi same situation..4yrs back...didn't finish my masters but on H1 went to India for stamping....
officer:why didn't u complete ur MS
me:I Joined as Intern in this company and have been working onsite..so couldn't go to school..but would complete..for sure.
he asked for paystubs...and said OK...u ll get ur passport in a week...

Wanted to share my experiences..
It was good experience, i went through http://www.mexico-assistance.com/ and the guy was very helpful and would rate 5* service with visa guidance and travel. I would recommend the guys who are willing to go for H1B stamping this consulate.
Questions asked
---------------
1. List of employers i worked in USA
2. Pay stubs
3. Employer letter and Client letter
4. Bench period (told him that i was never on bench)
5. Job role and responsibilities
I got my Passport back on the same day but most of the time it is taking 2 business days (if u go thru M.A.S, he will take care of ur hotel stay otherwise it very tough to get help from locals, they are very bad and passing comments on other nationals even before the Police)

At last Consular guy said "Namasthe" and Becareful in Matamoros
