Kdnumber1 bedar It was a shock to us when they came to his house! Fortunately for the guy who was staying there....he just came on to OPT and he showed those documents! Fortunately for my friend's company they at present have just 2 H1B's and they now cancelled one H1B (Invariably they had to...otherwise they would be in trouble), and the other H1B they seem to have run payroll for 1 month in 1st quarter, now they have taken a leave letter from the guy saying he is on leave in Jan, Feb. They now are going to show the USCIS people they are running payroll for the months of April, May, June.... But baane talakaya noppi!! | ||
