taurus 2.5 months lo 12 pounds is too good , nenu last one year nundi chestunna no difference initial 4-5 months lo 5 pounds tagga after that gained and now went backto my orginal wt.... 12pounds nuvvu tagadamtoo good nenu so far tagaleka poyya so can't advice...kkd is best advisor kani now sennai sepala bazar |

if it is regular running i do start warmup at 3.5 for about 5 mins and by the end of 5th min reach speed of 6.1, from there for every 5 min do increase by .1 ala 45 mins ayye sariki 6.7 daggara aaguta... cool down for 5 mins chesta.... HIIT ayina warmup and cooldown same...max speed 8.5 chesta... 30 sec to 1 min break between interval depending whether it is first or second day in HIIT HIIT aite 45 min cheyyanu...max of 35 min..

I start on 3.5 for 30 sec..then 3 mins run on 5, then on 6 for 2 mins...then 9 for 1.30 min...malli 6 for 2 , then 9 for 1.30 ...illaa okka 5 to 6 cycles...last lo 5 meedha 2, ending 1 min at 3.. ila chesthe ur heart beats fast, blood pump fast gaa vuntadhi..so even after u stop the running ur body is still in burning calories... |

Taurus:breakfast ki bananna and 3 egg whites around 9:00 desi lunch around 12 with very little rice and rest mamule, buttermilk once in a week.. evening snack is 2 carrots(regular ones) 8:30 cheerios with skimmed milk, apple or any fruit around 9:30 idi prastutam...i am comfortable with this food, moreover never feel heavy even after having lunch,
good diet..diet is fine..as I said u need to tone ur body now...build ur muscle.. |

Running lo Interval training cheyi..inkaa staminaa penchukovalante High Intensity Training cheyyi...this will strengthen ur body.. weight lifting start cheyi..start with the circuit exercise..shoulders,Chest,Traps,Abs,Lower body ni 1 week circuit exercise lo pettu...then after next week nichi daily okka part meedha concentrate cheyyi..atleast 48 hrs break tharuvathaa u can repeat the same exercise..like if u do biceps today then 3 day biceps cheyyi...body lo protein build avvali...muscle build avuthe metabolism peruguthundhi which will digest your food fast..weights heavy gaa lift cheyalsinaa avasaram ledhu..meeku comfortable vunna weights... Try to replace any oily or complex (carbhohydrate) evening snacks with Youghurt or Banana/Apple (apple is a negative calorie burner..) ..gym ki velle okka 30 mins mundhu eat something like a Banana or Yoghurt..this is a supplement to do more exercise.. 45 mins running is good..but daily running kakunda split ur regime..like 15 mins HIT, then 10 mins elliptical,10 mins cycling etc.. inkaa Abs ki vasthe crunches ki minchindhi ledhu..daily okka 7 to 8 mins (do it right) ..also try Kapalabathi (Yoga).. |

annai nenu 2 and half months nunchi running chestunna, 12 pounds tagganu weight...first 10 pounds was easy to loose... next 2 pounds took lot of time.. i am having 5 meals a day, intaku mundu fat content vunna foods evi aite tine vaadino avi complete ga manesa, like egg yolk, milkshakes, rice intake reduced to 1/4th, whole milk manesa now skimmed milk daily routine lo running for 45 mins, torso rotation, ab excersises koncham chestunna, btw running lo koncham variation vuntundi, it is not the same every week. never did weight training... weight taggali ante emi cheyyali...
