Basky_indya:then after 2-3 years eligible for LOAN for 80% of sum assured. oka 20 laks loan vastundi....
This is where you are mistaking anukuntunna... 80% of what you paid as premium ani anukuntunna not the maturity amount. My uncle retired as Area Manager in LIC.... I can check. You must be the change you wish to see in the world

SBI, SBH laantivi better. Last time I talked SB of Indore manager, he said there's no prepayment penalty with their bank, and he was comparing to other private banks. SBI etc laanti banks lo service kooda chaala improve ayindhi. |

Jalsa:ippudu 8-9% ki isthunna. RBI lowered interest rates.
These rates are only for < 20-25 Lakhs loans... anything above it is 1o-11% range lo ne unnayi. Certain companies get 0.5% discount... naa wife vaalla company ki qualify ayyi... we got 0.5% discount on the loan.
Proline:istaar...kaani 3% processing fee + they can change the APR at any time ...
Not everyone charges this amount. Naaku telisi ICICI lanti vaallu charge 1-2% range... 3 ayite kaadhu for sure. I took from LIC and they charged just 0.5% processing fee... very nominal compared to private banks. Most important people ignore to look at is... pre-payment penalty. Suppose you take a loan for 10 years and plan to clear off by 5th year then it is called pre-payment and private banks charge a penality fee for this one. I don't know the range but ICICI maathram charge chestundi... LIC will charge if you pay before 3 years (I took 15 years loan). Another thing India lo kooda you have 2 types lo loans... fixed rate and floating rate so depending on the loan type your interest may increase or decrease. I took floating and naaku oka 0.5% thaggindi 2 months back. Make sure you find out all these things from the banks before going for mortgage loans in India. My personal advise is to go with Nationalized banks like SBI, SBH, LIC than private banks. You must be the change you wish to see in the world

But usual ga documents ni as is ga evaru notarize cheyyaru.... manam 'This is a true copy of the original' ani raasi akkada sign chesthe aa signature ni notarize chestaaru. I have done it recently and my loan is from LIC Housing Finance. You must be the change you wish to see in the world
