i know , but i hear, lately they are insisting on client letter and PO. If any of these two are missing, they are straightway rejecting them. dont know if these are isolated cases but i saw quite few threads on the same in immigrationvoice.org forums | ||

6 years h1b expires in sep 2009 140 approved PO with extension upto dec 2009 recevied from vendor Client ni client letter adukute she said she will try if it is not possible she asked me to take the letter head. finally she said 'dont ask dont tell' will the PO be sufficient for extension in this present circumstances or should i take a risk sign on the letter head myself and submit it along with rest of the h1b docs In this present cirumstances, what are my chances of extension. BTW,MS in US, not sure if that makes a difference. |
